Subtask 1: Meet with JRA Objective 4

Subtask 2: Collect existing policies

Current activities

• Survey (on digital data capture from visting researchers) within CETAF CPB members and TAFs: nearly completed
• research on existing policies covering relevant aspects

Subtask 3: Discuss first summary of existing policies

At CETAF CPB meeting

Subtask 4: Summarise results and discussion and identify external experts needed for further advice on specific fields

Subtask 5: Meeting with CPB and additional experts

Subtask 6: Produce recommendations incl. IPR and international regulations

The person responsible will be decided following discussion with JRA
